We're Hiring – Factory Manager Sudha Speciality Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.

Position Factory Manager Location

Kharagpur, West Bengal Experience 8–15 Years in chemical manufacturing or process industries. Qualification ●B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering ●MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities ●Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth production. ●Achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. ●Manage production planning, manpower, maintenance, and inventory. ●Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. ●Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. ●Coordinate with Quality Control, R&D;, Procurement, and Dispatch teams. ●Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization. ●Lead, motivate, and develop the factory workforce.



●Prepare production reports and present operational performance to management.

Skills ●Strong leadership and team management abilities. ●Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations. ●Experience in specialty chemicals, construction chemicals, cement additives, textile chemicals, or related industries will be preferred. ●Sound understanding of ISO systems, EHS practices, and statutory compliance. ●Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
