Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, project execution, and technical documentation. The role requires proficiency in design software, coordination with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Create 3D models and design presentations using Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop .
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues,



and ensure design compliance.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare project documentation, specifications, and design presentations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical design support.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory) .
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office .
- Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills.
