Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sr. US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Healthcare Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US Healthcare Staffing, knowledge of W2 hiring, and experience supporting US Federal clients. This role offers an opportunity to lead recruitment processes, mentor team members, and grow within a performance-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Healthcare positions.
- Source, screen, qualify, and submit healthcare professionals based on client requirements.
- Recruit for various healthcare roles supporting US Federal clients.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of W2 employment and US Healthcare recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely closures.
- Lead recruitment processes and mentor junior recruiters.
- Share sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices with the team.




- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment reports.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter / Sr. US Healthcare Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Staffing for US clients.
- Experience recruiting different healthcare roles for US Federal clients.
- Good understanding of W2 requirements and compliance processes.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide recruitment team members.
- Target-oriented approach with strong attention to quality and timelines.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Notice Period

- Maximum acceptable notice period: 15 days
