LEASING HEAD RETAIL (REAL ESTATE)

Location: Delhi-NCR

Experience: Leasing strategy & execution

Ideal Profile:

- Experience in retail leasing; at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong network in the retail and real estate ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to drive leasing performance in high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute leasing strategies for retail properties (malls, high-street, mixed-use).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional brands.
- Drive occupancy and rental yield targets through innovative leasing plans.
- Negotiate LOIs, lease agreements,



and manage end-to-end tenant onboarding.
- Lead market intelligence efforts to stay ahead of retail trends and competitor moves.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth tenant fit-outs and openings.
- Mentor and lead a team of leasing professionals across locations.
