Position: Human Resource (HR)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry Preference: Retail / Multi-Store Retail

- Retail & Frontline Staff Hiring
- Training & Capability Building
- Attendance, Rosters & Workforce Discipline
- Performance Management
- Payroll Management
- HR Compliance & Documentation
- Employee Grievance Handling
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Coordination with Store Managers & Department Heads

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

MBA / PG Diploma in HR preferred





We’re looking for someone who has:

- Strong people-management skills
- Experience handling large frontline teams
- Good understanding of retail workforce dynamics
- Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to drive training and HR initiatives
- Hands-on approach to recruitment, engagement and retention
