As the book scales, portfolio quality becomes mission-critical - and this role owns it. THE ROLE

We're looking for a Head of Collections to build and scale the collections function across digital and field channels. You'll drive portfolio quality, reduce delinquencies, optimise recoveries,



and build a high-performing collections organisation - all while balancing customer experience and regulatory compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own collections strategy across early, mid, and late-stage buckets.

Drive portfolio performance through data-led interventions, segmentation, and channel optimisation.

Build and manage agency and field collections networks with strong governance.

Partner closely with Risk, Credit, Product, Operations, and Technology to lift collection efficiency.

Design scalable processes, dashboards, and KPIs to improve recoveries and minimise credit losses.

Build and lead a high-performing collections team. IDEAL PROFILE

10–15+ years of collections experience in NBFCs, fintechs, banks, or digital-lending businesses.

Strong grounding in retail / MSME lending and the end-to-end collections lifecycle.

Experience managing large portfolios, external agencies, and technology-driven collections.

Proven track record of improving collection metrics while keeping practices customer-centric and compliant.

Strong analytical, operational, and people-leadership skills.
