8–12+ years in Organic Growth / Search Strategy.

5+ years leading high-performing teams.

Experience managing enterprise and mid-market GEO, AEO, AIO and Organic Growth programs.

Experience advising enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.

Built scalable frameworks, methodologies and playbooks.

Solid B2B demand generation and commercial understanding. Must-have Knowledge:

AI Search ecosystems, GEO, AEO, AIO

LLM retrieval, AI citations, semantic search, knowledge graphs

Entity optimization, RAG, vector search fundamentals

Prompt engineering and AI workflows
