- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including customer contracts, procurement agreements, supply agreements, distribution arrangements and service contracts.

- Providing legal guidance on manufacturing, healthcare and technology-related business transactions.

- Advising business teams on contract risk, liability management and dispute prevention.

- Supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives

- Managing external counsel and overseeing litigation, claims and dispute resolution matters when required.

- Supporting investigations, policy implementation and compliance programmes.

- Advising on data privacy, competition law, anti-bribery and corporate governance matters.

- Support merger,



acquisition and strategic business initiatives, including due diligence, transaction documentation and post-transaction legal integration where required.

- Ensuring legal processes are aligned with both Indian regulations and global compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant An Ideal Candidate Profile Would Be As Follows

- Qualified lawyer with 10-15 yrs of experience

- Strong knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks

- Experience in managing contracts and legal disputes.

- Experience in end-to-end transactions (M&A;).

- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
