Role Description The Head Graphic Designer role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the visual identity and design direction of Ombase Limited across all digital and print channels. This role involves creating and overseeing graphics for marketing campaigns, product materials, corporate communications, and brand assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into transparent, engaging visual concepts and design systems. Daily tasks include designing logos and brand elements, developing typography standards,



reviewing and refining design work from other team members, and maintaining a cohesive visual style. The role also includes mentoring designers, coordinating with external agencies or freelancers as needed, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to the technology sector.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work for brands or products.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining brand identity systems across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to create clear, readable, and visually consistent layouts for digital and print media.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent) and digital asset management practices.
- Proven experience leading or supervising design teams, providing constructive feedback, and managing design workflows and timelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate visual concepts clearly, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with technology or hardware brands and experience creating design solutions for B2B or institutional markets is an advantage.
