Hiring: Head Government Business (Indian Railways)
Location: Varanasi | Extensive PAN India Travel
Tulsi Pumps & Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced qualified to lead and expand our Government Business, primarily with Indian Railways.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across Railway Zones, Divisions, Workshops, and PSUs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Railway officials and OEMs.
- Lead bid strategy, commercial decisions, and tender participation.
- Guide the tender team and identify new business opportunities.
- Travel extensively across India to strengthen customer relationships and generate business.
Desired Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Government/Railway Sales.
- Proven track record in handling Railway tenders and institutional sales.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Engineering background preferred (MBA is an added advantage).
