Role & responsibilities:

- Lead the Export Sales function for the Conductors Business, driving international business growth and expanding the global customer base.

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives across key international markets.

- Identify recent business opportunities, appoint and manage overseas distributors/agents, and strengthen relationships with EPC contractors, utilities, OEMs, and key customers.

- Drive business development through strategic account management, contract negotiations, tender participation, and customer acquisition.

- Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution of export orders and superior customer satisfaction.

- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements to identify growth opportunities and enhance the company's international presence.
