FOR DOMESTIC PROCESS :
Hindi + English - Both are mandatory .
Graduation is mandatory.
Fresher can apply.
Salary : 15k in hand + 2k cab allowance / Experienced - 3 LPA
Day shifts.
FOR INTERNATIONAL PROCESS : (Semi Voice)
English is mandatory.
UG/Grad + 6 months of experience can apply.
5 days working
Salary : Upto 4 LPA
Both side cab ; rotational shifts.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and skilled manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established service standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Process customer orders, requests, returns, and service-related transactions accurately.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
