JD: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to support CRM queue management, data entry, and data maintenance activities. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work accurately. Fresh graduates with a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage CRM queues to ensure timely assignment of cases.
- Perform data collection, validation, entry and maintenance activities in CRM and related systems.
- Update master data (customer and business records) with accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse, review data and resolve any discrepancies and missing information.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates and reporting.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

- Exposure to CRM, SAP, Salesforce, or other business systems.
- Experience in data entry, operations support, or customer service is an advantage.
