Payroll: Protiviti (9-Month Contract)
Location: Bangalore (RMZ Futura, Bannerghatta Road)/Hyderabad Madhapur Village
Shift: 24*7 Rotational (Candidate should be flexible)
Work Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls & chats for international customers
Manage queries related to Personal Banking, Credit Cards & Premier services
Ensure high-quality customer experience & first-call resolution
Achieve performance and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate with 2+ years relevant experience
Experience in BFSI / Banking / Credit Cards
Exposure to International processes (US/UK preferred)
Robust communication skills
Flexible for 24*7 working environment
