Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DMS Consultant with strong knowledge of automobile dealership operations and hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems. The candidate should understand end-to-end dealership processes across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and CRM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Understand dealership business processes and map them into DMS workflows.
- Support users in Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and CRM modules.
- Resolve functional issues raised by dealership users.
- Coordinate with technical teams for system issues, enhancements, and integrations.
- Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis.
- Configure DMS processes based on business requirements.
- Perform testing/UAT for DMS enhancements and new functionalities.
- Provide user training and prepare process documentation.
- Support data validation, reporting, and MIS requirements.
- Coordinate with dealerships, workshops, OEM teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:





- Robust knowledge of Automobile Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Understanding of automobile dealership operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more DMS modules:
- Vehicle Sales: Enquiry, quotation, booking, allocation, invoicing, delivery.
- Service/Workshop: Appointment, vehicle reception, job card, repair order, technician allocation, billing.
- Spare Parts: EPC/part identification, ordering, PO, GRN, inventory, parts issue/return, stock management.
- Warranty: Warranty registration, claims, approvals, and claim tracking.
- CRM: Leads, customer follow-ups, complaints, and customer engagement.

- Knowledge of Job Card/Repair Order processes.
- Good understanding of dealership inventory and billing processes.
- Experience in DMS application support, implementation, or functional consulting.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience interacting with dealership users and business stakeholders.
