Job Title: Manager Ass Manager and Deputy Manager Production D1/D2

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical/Production/Plastics/Polymer) Experience: 10-15 Years in Plastic Moulding Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and control overall production activities to achieve targets related to output, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Drive productivity improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S initiatives.
- Optimize machine utilization, cycle time, scrap, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and EHS standards.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
- Lead new product trials, process validation, and production ramp-up activities.




- Monitor production KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Develop and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor personnel.
- Ensure secure working practices and continuous improvement across the production department.
