Lead the end-to-end hardware product lifecycle, owning embedded software, firmware, hardware architecture, productization, third-party manufacturing, certification, sourcing, and the overall hardware ecosystem from prototype to scaled production. ? ???? ???'?? ??

Own embedded software, firmware and hardware architecture.

Drive device productization and production discipline.

Manage third-party manufacturing and vendor relationships.

Own BOM and sourcing strategy.

Lead certification and import compliance.

Design solution architecture for the product ecosystem.

Lead hardware forensics and structured root-cause analysis.





Mentor junior hardware engineers and establish hardware team processes. ✅ ???'?? ? ????? ??? ?? ???

8+ years of hands-on hardware product development, concept through production, in consumer electronics, IoT, or medical and wellness devices, with at least one product taken from prototype to third-party manufacturing.

Embedded depth: ARM-based SBCs and microcontrollers, firmware, driver-level work, and sensor integration.

Hands-on electronics literacy: ability to read schematics, run structured hardware root-cause experiments, and work directly with board vendors.

Direct experience managing contract manufacturers or OEM/ODM partners in India or China.

Comfort owning commercial-technical artefacts: solution architectures, tiered offerings, BOM cost models.

Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ✨ ??? ???? ???
