• Technology has announced a series of leadership changes at its North American headquarters in Nashville. The appointments span both consumer and commercial segments, reinforcing the company’s focus on market share expansion and customer engagement across the region.
Senior Leadership Overhaul
Kyuwang (Ken) Cho has been named Senior Vice President of North America Marketing. Cho transitions from a dual role covering both marketing and passenger car/light truck (PC/LT) sales. He brings over 25 years of experience at Hankook, including a previous role as Vice President of Global Sales based in Korea.
K.C. Jensen has been promoted to Vice President of US PC/LT Sales, expanding his remit from the western region to nationwide oversight. Jensen, who joined the company in 2018, has led strategic initiatives aimed at building growth in the US replacement market.
Returning to Hankook is Mark Roe, now appointed Vice President of US Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) Sales. Roe will oversee both replacement and original equipment sales teams. With over 40 years of experience in commercial tyres,
his background includes senior roles at Ralson Tire, American Omni Trading, and previously Hankook itself.
Regional Sales Leadership Strengthened In addition to changes at the executive level, Hankook has made several regional appointments: ■ Shaun Prott becomes Regional Director of PC/LT Sales for the West. He joined Hankook in 2015 and has previously held roles at National Tire Warehouse and Peerless Tire Company. ■ Travis Jones re-joins Hankook as Regional Director of PC/LT Sales for the North-East, following leadership roles at Michelin and Pirelli. ■ Brian Ford has been promoted to Regional Director of TBR Sales for the West, having joined Hankook in 2021 from Les Schwab Tires. According to Rob Williams, President of Hankook Tire America Corp., the appointments reflect both solid internal talent development and the company’s ability to attract experienced leaders from across the industry.
