About the Role Dr. Haror's Wellness is looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-driven Hair Transplant Counselor to join our New Delhi clinic. The ideal candidate should have experience in hair transplant or aesthetic counseling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide patients through their treatment journey while achieving consultation-to-conversion goals.

Industry: Aesthetic, Hair Restoration & Healthcare Key Responsibilities • Counsel patients regarding hair transplant procedures, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.

- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment options in consultation with the medical team.
- Convert walk-in, digital, telephonic, and online inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
- Follow up with prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Build trust with patients by addressing queries related to procedures, pricing, recovery, and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain smooth communication between patients and doctors.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly consultation, conversion,



and revenue targets.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from the first inquiry to post-procedure follow-up.
- Stay updated on hair restoration procedures, clinic services, and industry trends.

Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong counseling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term patient relationships.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinic, Cosmetic Surgery, Wellness, or Healthcare Counseling.
- Experience in patient counseling and treatment conversion will be preferred.
