Job Title: Hairstylist

Department: Salon Operations

Reporting To: Studio Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable services.

- Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, hair spa, treatments, coloring, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other salon services as per company standards.

- Recommend and promote salon services and retail products to clients.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization of workstations and tools.

- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

- Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.

- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.





- Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, and safety guidelines.

- Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements

- Certification or professional training in hairstyling is preferred.

- 2–5 years of salon experience.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of professional hair products and treatments.

- Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
