Job Title: Guidewire Lead / Manager (BA /Developer) - Multiple openings

Experience: 8 - 15 Years

Location : PAN India

Note: Applicants may apply based on their expertise in either Business Analysis or Guidewire Development.

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Guidewire professionals for Business Analyst or Developer background roles.

Candidates should have experience with Guidewire products such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter and a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.

Role 1: Guidewire Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with Guidewire capabilities and business objectives.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
- Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Role 2: Guidewire Lead /Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Guidewire applications using Gosu.




- Configure PCFs, Data Model, Typelists, Rules, Product Model, and Workflows.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Messaging, and Plugins.
- Develop custom enhancements and batch processes.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Participate in design discussions and technical solution implementation.
- Follow coding standards and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Proficiency in Gosu programming.
- Experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration Framework.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of Guidewire Cloud is an advantage.

Preferred

- Guidewire Developer Certification.
- Experience in Guidewire upgrade or migration projects.
- Knowledge of Java is an added advantage.

Common Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in Guidewire implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of the P&C; Insurance domain.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
