Role & responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous table service.

- Serve food and beverages, manage table clearance and guest requests.

- Support buffet and la carte setup, replenishment, and service.

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

- Support POS transactions and bar operations as required.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items and lounge services.

- Follow hygiene, safety, security, SOPs, and service standards.

- Work effectively with the team and support daily lounge operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Guest-focused and service-oriented attitude.

- Well-groomed and professionally presented.

- Basic knowledge of POS/PMS and Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
