Job Title: Service Person (Hotel)

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: F&B; Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused Service Person to provide excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns courteously.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
- Assist in buffet, banquet, and room service operations as required.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Freshers or candidates with 2–5 years of hotel/restaurant experience are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
