We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale our outbound growth engine.

You will work directly with the founders across lead generation, enrichment, personalisation, outreach automation, CRM workflows and campaign analytics.

What success looks like

Build outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn

Create enrichment and personalisation workflows using Clay

Manage email infrastructure using Zapmail and Instantly

Run LinkedIn outreach through HeyReach

Build automations using n8n, Zapier, APIs and webhooks

Improve targeting, messaging, CRM hygiene and campaign performance





Use AI and LLMs for research, qualification and personalisation

What we are looking for

2–4 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth, RevOps or sales automation

Hands-on experience with Clay, Instantly, HeyReach or similar tools

Strong experience with n8n, Zapier or workflow automation platforms

Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, data mapping and CRM systems

Strong analytical skills and the ability to build systems without a detailed playbook

Explicit understanding of B2B outbound and sales funnels

Experience in fintech, financial services or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
