GST Executive / Senior GST Executive (Indirect Tax)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, Professional Tax, VAT and other indirect tax compliances (where applicable).
- Preparation of GSTR-2B vs Purchase Register (PR) reconciliations, ITC reconciliations and GST annual reconciliations.
- Handling GST refund applications (Export with Payment of Tax and Export without Payment of Tax for Goods/Services), including documentation and departmental follow-up.
- Drafting and handling GST notices, including ASMT-10, ASMT-12 and other departmental communications.
- Review of GST compliance, reconciliations and tax positions for multiple clients.
- Client coordination, departmental liaison and timely completion of assignments.
- Managing and reviewing the work of junior team members.

Desired Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of GST laws,



return filing and GST reconciliations.
- Prior experience in GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C, GST refunds and GST notices.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and other reconciliation functions.
- Good analytical, communication and client management skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.

Experience: 3–4+ Years in GST/Indirect Tax Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience, technical knowledge and skill set.
