We are looking for an experienced Group Chief Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for establishing and leading the Enterprise Architecture function across the organization, defining the target-state architecture for business, applications, data, integration, technology, and security. This role drives enterprise transformation by governing architecture standards, Oracle Fusion platforms, application modernization, data architecture, and technology investments while ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across a complex multi-entity enterprise.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification preferred; Cloud, Data, or Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
- 18+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Leadership, or Digital Transformation within large, multi-entity organizations.
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, Business Architecture, Oracle Fusion ERP, Application Architecture, Enterprise Data Architecture, MDM, Integration Architecture, APIs, Cloud Platforms, and Technology Governance.
- Robust experience in application modernization, legacy rationalization, enterprise integration, architecture governance, security alignment, and low-code/no-code platform governance.
- Experience in EPC, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial Manufacturing, or other project-driven environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, communication,



and decision-making skills with the ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Job Responsibilities

- Establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture function, governance framework, standards, principles, and target-state architecture across business, application, data, integration, technology, and security domains.
- Provide enterprise architectural leadership for Oracle Fusion and related platforms, ensuring alignment across Finance, Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, Reporting, Master Data, and enterprise integrations.
- Drive business transformation by translating strategic objectives into enterprise capabilities, technology roadmaps, target operating models, and architecture-led solutions.
- Lead application modernization, legacy system rationalization, technology standardization, and lifecycle governance to simplify the enterprise application landscape.
- Define enterprise data architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), integration standards, API strategy, interoperability, and reporting consistency to improve data quality and business decision-making.
- Establish governance for low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant application development aligned with enterprise standards.
- Partner with the CIO, CDO, CISO, business leaders, and technology teams to align architecture with cybersecurity, cloud strategy, enterprise resilience, and business objectives.
- Chair architecture review boards, govern enterprise technology decisions, evaluate investment proposals, manage architecture exceptions, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards across all transformation initiatives.
