We are hiring a Home Maintenance Associate to own end-to-end execution of residential maintenance requirements, ensuring every home is maintained proactively with exceptional quality, responsiveness, and care.

This is a highly execution-oriented role responsible for managing home maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, civil work, painting, waterproofing, HVAC, appliances, renovations, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and on-ground service delivery.

The ideal candidate comes from a strong home maintenance, residential services, technical operations, facility services, or vendor management background and enjoys solving problems, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution.

What You Will

Own

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of residential home maintenance requests
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate maintenance solutions
- Diagnose maintenance requirements across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, civil work, painting, waterproofing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and specialised service partners
- Obtain quotations, compare options, negotiate where required, and present recommendations
- Plan, schedule, and oversee repair, installation, renovation, and preventive maintenance activities
- Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality standards, timelines, workmanship,



and customer satisfaction
- Drive seamless coordination between customers, vendors, contractors, technicians, and internal teams
- Maintain maintenance schedules, AMCs, warranties, service records, operational trackers, and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication across all stakeholders
- Identify execution bottlenecks and resolve on-ground issues before they impact service quality
- Support process improvements, vendor performance, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and operational excellence across all assigned tasks Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Home Maintenance, Residential Services, Technical Operations, Property Maintenance, Facility Services, Vendor Management, or similar functions
- Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, civil work, painting, waterproofing, HVAC, appliances, and residential maintenance
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects simultaneously
- Robust problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail




- Comfortable working on-site as well as maintaining operational trackers and documentation
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
- High ownership, accountability, and follow-through Preferred Experience
- Experience in premium residential maintenance, luxury homes, home services, hospitality, concierge services, or technical operations environments
- Exposure to vendor management, contractor coordination, sourcing, procurement, quotation management, and AMC management
- Experience handling renovation projects, preventive maintenance programmes, and quality inspections
