Role Description The Graphic Designer at Nays is a full-time remote role responsible for creating visual assets that support esports broadcasts, social media campaigns, and brand initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for digital platforms, developing brand-aligned layouts, and producing logos, icons, and templates for ongoing use.

Designer will collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and deliverables.

Responsibilities also include refining typography, maintaining consistent branding across projects,



and preparing files optimized for various formats and channels. The role requires meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace while contributing fresh ideas that elevate the overall look and feel of Nays’ esports content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and esports-related work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining visual identity systems.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to readability and aesthetic balance.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively in remote teams, and communicate clearly with non-design stakeholders.
- Experience designing for social media, streaming platforms, and other digital channels is beneficial.
- Understanding of esports and gaming culture is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
