Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers is looking for a Social Media Live Anchor to host engaging Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Live sessions. The role involves wearing and showcasing jewellery collections , demonstrating their features, and interacting with online audiences in real-time. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and have a passion for fashion, jewellery, and customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

Live Anchoring & Jewellery Demonstration:

- Host Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Live sessions , presenting and explaining jewellery collections.
- Wear and model various jewellery pieces to enhance their appeal.
- Provide detailed descriptions of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery , including design, craftsmanship, weight, pricing, and customization options.
- Answer real-time customer queries related to jewellery products and offers.
- Engage with viewers, encouraging them to interact, comment, and share.
- Maintain high energy levels and skilled on-screen presence.

Customer Engagement & Query Handling:

- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages during and after live sessions.
- Share updates on ongoing offers, collections, and new arrivals.
- Maintain a friendly and persuasive tone to encourage sales and brand loyalty.

Content Creation & Social Media Growth:

- Plan and coordinate live session schedules to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the social media team to strategize content and themes for Live sessions.




- Assist in short video content creation (Reels & YouTube Shorts) for additional promotions.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and audience expectations.

Event Coverage & Brand Representation:

- Host store events, jewellery exhibitions, and festive launches through live sessions.
- Be the digital face of Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers , building brand recognition and trust.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Mass Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or any relevant field.
Experience: 1-3 years in anchoring, live streaming, or social media hosting (jewellery or fashion industry preferred).
Skills Required:

- Strong communication & presentation skills in Bengali, Hindi and English.
- Confident and charismatic on-camera presence.
- Ability to engage with online audiences and answer queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends, audience interaction, and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Live management.
