Experience leading technical discovery, solution design, and proofofconcepts (POCs)
Strong communication, presentation, and technical storytelling skills
Experience supporting sales cycles, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Good to have skills:
Consulting or presales experience in cloud transformation engagements
Exposure to GenAI / AIdriven solutions, Data AI platforms, or Cloud Security on AWS
Understanding of cloud operating models, governance, and engineering best practices
AWS Professional or Specialty certifications
Experience working with global or distributed delivery teams

Experience:
812 years of overall experience in clientfacing technology, consulting, or presales roles (e.g., Senior Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Technology Consultant)
6+ years of deep, handson experience architecting and delivering solutions on AWS

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Or equivalent relevant professional experience
Job SUMMARY:
The AWS MidMarket Sales Senior Engineer is a clientfacing technical leader who partners with sales teams to drive cloud transformation for midmarket clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role bridges business objectives and AWS technology, designing scalable, secure,



and valuedriven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and longterm growth.
This is a strategic presales and solutioning role, focused on shaping cloud journeys, demonstrating the art of the possible, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Roles Responsibilities:
Partner with midmarket clients to understand business priorities, challenges, and technical environments through structured discovery sessions
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on AWSbased solutions aligned to business value and ROI
Architect and design secure, scalable, and innovative AWS solutions across modernization, data, AI, and security use cases
Lead technical workshops and POCs to demonstrate how AWS solutions address client needs
Serve as the technical authority during sales pursuits, advising on feasibility, best practices, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with sales teams to create valuedriven proposals and SOWs
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams, aligning expectations and execution plans
