We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our centre as the Head. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in management and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,



partners, and vendors.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management or leadership.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of professionals, focusing on development and growth.
