Strong Understanding of IT Skills Excellent knowledge of technical skills, technologies, and IT job requirements. End-to-End Recruitment Experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding. Team Management Ability to lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams effectively. Client Management Experience Experience working directly with clients, understanding hiring requirements, managing expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Recruitment Strategy Ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business requirements. Performance Management Experience tracking team performance, productivity, targets, and TAT.



Candidate Screening – Strong ability to evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job requirements. Interview Coordination – Ability to manage interview processes and ensure timely candidate follow-ups. Recruitment Platforms – Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Solid Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Target & TAT Driven – Ability to manage high-volume hiring and deliver within defined targets and turnaround times.
