Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Design Core Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include developing layouts, designing logos and brand assets, refining typography, and preparing print and digital-ready files in collaboration with account managers and production teams. The role involves translating briefs into compelling designs, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistency across multi-city and large-scale campaigns.

Designer will also support the team with design inputs during pitches and presentations, contributing to innovative and practical creative solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual communications.

Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across campaigns.

Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure readable, visually balanced, and effective text treatments in designs.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is highly beneficial.

Relevant experience in agency or marketing environments, particularly in events, experiential marketing, or activations, is an advantage.

A portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and execution for both print and digital media is required.

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven projects.
