As we continue to grow our brand presence in the digital world, we are actively looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and visually bring our real estate stories to life.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to support our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, a solid portfolio demonstrating a flair for illustrative design and typography, and hands-on experience across digital and print design platforms.

Experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle/luxury brand design is a strong plus. Roles &

Responsibilities Design high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for client pitches, property listings, and business proposals Create marketing collateral including brochures, property flyers,



and social media creatives Develop branding assets and maintain visual consistency across all company communications Assist in video and motion design projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects Use AI-based tools/models for image and video generation as per project needs Design layouts, mock-ups, and prototypes in Figma for digital and print collateral Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the premium positioning of the firm Skills Required 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle brands Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficiency in Figma for layouts, mock-ups, and prototyping is an advantage Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation (images/videos) Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus Robust portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative problem-solving Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding Qualification Bachelor's degree/diploma in Any Field Certification in Adobe Creative Suite or UI/UX design tools is an added advantage How to Apply Interested candidates can share their resume and portfolio at [email protected] or apply directly via LinkedIn.
