As a Creative Designer at BigBang, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that span across both digital and print platforms. You’ll work on everything from websites and social media assets to packaging, billboards, and event branding. This role is perfect for someone with a holistic approach to design, keen on creating cohesive brand experiences that live across both screens and physical spaces.
Responsibilities
Developing creative standards, engaging visual identities, logos, and brand collateral for both digital and offline channels.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and bring their vision to life across multiple mediums.
Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience.
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
Meet design thinking work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
Determine the message the design should portray.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Create designs either by hand or by using computer software packages.
Develop print materials such as brochures, packaging, event signage, billboards, and merchandise.
Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables, from online campaigns to print advertisements.
Stay ahead of design trends, including new materials, printing techniques, and digital innovations, to provide fresh perspectives on each project.
Manage multiple design projects with varying timelines, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Design and Graphics, or Relevant Course with hands on experience.
Certification in Graphic Tool would be preferable Deep knowledge and experience in Branding, conceptual designing, or an equivalent experience of minimum 4 years as a Designer in any branding agency Technical Skills
