Job Summary Department: Graphic Design

Project Location(s): Surat, IN

Education: Bachelor’s (Required)

Work time: Full time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift, US sift, UK shift language proficiency in English : fluent.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year Ideal Candidate Key Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.

Must have: Ability to visualize and design concepts, College degree in Fine Arts preferred or an equivalent of education plus experience.

Hands-on: Expertise in one or more designing tools like Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.

Good to have: Full range of design capabilities, comfort with the English language.

Design Banner, Logo, and Infographics





Video Editing

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

Use creative techniques to enhance video quality, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and storyboards.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Graphics Design

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and product packaging.

Design engaging infographics, illustrations, and animations to convey complex information in a visually appealing manner.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop graphic assets that effectively communicate brand messaging and promotional campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with team members, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across all projects.





Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and incorporate feedback to refine design concepts.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Filmora.

Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.

Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
