Brief We are seeking a hands-on and analytical Production & Quality Assurance Intern Solid attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ability to train and coach team members effectively.

Proficiency in maintaining and organizing documentation.

Expertise in monitoring production processes for optimal efficiency.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Capability in technical reporting to document processes and results.

Effective time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Job Responsibilities Conduct sensory evaluations and quality analysis of Chikki (Moisture, Brix, etc.).

Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly quality and production reports.

Supervise manpower and maintain quality documentation.

Monitor production output, facility cleaning, and sanitation.

Train food handlers on basic food safety practices.

Take care of the dispatches & maintain the data of the dispatches.

Maintaining inventory data for all the packaging material

Stock checks of the packaging material at regular intervals

Requirements Candidates should hold a B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc degree in Food Technology.

Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ability to train and coach team members effectively.

Proficiency in maintaining and organizing documentation.

Expertise in monitoring production processes for optimal efficiency.
