- Manage day-to-day work across multiple teams or units to ensure high efficiency.

- Create and track operational budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.

- Design and update internal policies, workflows, and quality standards.

- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate lower-level managers and staff.

- Analyze operational metrics to find bottlenecks and fix problems at the root cause.

- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health codes, and company regulations

- Production Management: Oversee spinning, weaving, knitting, or garment processing floors to hit volume targets.

- Supply Chain & PPC: Manage Production Planning and Control (PPC), raw material sourcing, and inventory flows.

- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with buyer specifications, social audits, and international quality benchmarks.

- Cost Optimization: Reduce operating waste, monitor labor and machinery expenses, and review product costing.

- Team Leadership: Direct department heads, floor managers, and engineering teams while driving workplace safety.
