Job Title: Analyst - Global Service Desk Analyst (Voise Based IT Support)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Shift: Rotational

5 days working (Mon to Fri)

Experience: Min 3 Years

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst with experience in international voice support. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to global users via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to global users through calls, emails, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and Zscaler.
- Perform remote desktop support and issue resolution.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Follow ITIL-based support processes and maintain SLA compliance.




- Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution

Required Skills:

- Min 3 years of experience in International Voice-Based IT Service Desk support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and Zscaler.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or any ITSM ticketing tool.
- ITIL Foundation knowledge preferred.
- Quick learner, adaptable, team player, and versatile.
