Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

The Global Operations Manager will act as the single point of contact bridging sourcing and operations, owning the process end-to-end from the seller and origin side. This role involves close coordination with sourcing teams and sellers to align harvest timelines, dispatch schedules, and pre- and post-harvest activities. The role also ensures quality control at origin, manages documentation, and supports onboarding of global Customs House Agents (CHAs).

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between sourcing/seller teams and operations, ensuring seamless execution from sourcing to delivery.
- Coordinate with sellers and sourcing teams to align harvest timelines and dispatch schedules across multiple origins.
- Plan and monitor pre-harvest and post-harvest activities to ensure readiness for shipment.
- Ensure quality control (QC) processes at origin, verifying that product specifications are met before dispatch.
- Identify, onboard, and manage global Customs House Agents (CHAs) for smooth customs clearance.
- Handle seller-facing documentation,



ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all required paperwork.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and rates with sellers and service providers.
- Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for harvest schedules, dispatch plans, QC status, and vendor/CHA onboarding.
- Identify and resolve delays or discrepancies in timelines, documentation, or operations, escalating issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with sourcing and export documentation standards across all origin markets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Agribusiness, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in global sourcing, origin operations, agri-commodity trade, or export operations.
- Prior experience working with sellers, growers, or origin-side vendors is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of customs documentation and experience with CHAs is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas, pivot tables, scheduling tools).
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail, especially in quality control and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, quality, logistics, and buyer-facing teams.
