Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor junior developers, and drive development best practices. Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AppExchange product development will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and other declarative capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex Callouts, Platform Events, and external services.
- Analyse business requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Perform technical estimations, impact analysis, and solution reviews during project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, support their learning, and help resolve complex technical challenges.
- Review code, enforce Salesforce development best practices, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Take ownership of technical delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Contribute to reusable components, accelerators, proof of concepts,



and AppExchange product development initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
- Support production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and technical issue resolution.

Requirements

- 45 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MCAE, and MCE
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex Callouts, Platform Events, and external services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation using Flows and declarative development.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, governor limits, data modelling, and platform best practices.
- Experience with Agentforce implementation/customization and AppExchange product development is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment strategies.
- Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
- Ability to perform technical estimations and guide project delivery from a technical perspective.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred. Certifications such as Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Application/System Architect are an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
