Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale mining and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, cost control, client coordination, resource management, statutory compliance, and successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete project execution from mobilization to project completion.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and support teams.
- Ensure project completion within budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Control project costs, productivity, and equipment utilization.
- Review project P&L;, budgets, cash flow, and billing progress.
- Ensure timely client billing, certification, and collections.
- Manage procurement of materials, machinery,



and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues at project sites.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Support tender execution, project planning, and resource estimation when required.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project planning and execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of mining, excavation, crusher operations, earthworks, and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in dam, irrigation, hydro-electric, or large civil projects.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting and P&L; management.
- Good client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems, and project reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

- 612 years of experience in Mining, Infrastructure, Heavy Civil Construction, or EPC Projects.
