About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to connect with RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), Apartment Associations, and Society Office Bearers to get permissions for brand activation campaigns in residential societies. The role requires good communication, relationship building, and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call RWAs, Apartment Associations, and Society Office Bearers to obtain campaign permissions.
- Explain campaign details, benefits, commercials, and execution plans.
- Build strong relationships and follow up regularly until approvals are received.
- Handle objections and negotiate to get maximum approvals.
- Maintain Society details, approvals, and documents in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, and Execution teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and approval targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Post Graduate.
- 1–4 years of experience in:




- Relationship Management
- Customer Support
- Customer Success
- Customer Delight
- Customer Retention
- Client Servicing

- Experience in customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
