Job Description :

1. Reporting to Reporting Manager and has completed training as per AQA role curriculum.

2. Responsible for Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) activities.

3. Responsible for reviewing of Laboratory investigations.

4. Responsible for review of the analytical data in LIMS before release of the batches.

5. Responsible for handling and closing of the laboratory incidents and occurrence.

6. Responsible for reviewing QC SOPs, reviewing of Specification & Method of Analysis.

7. Responsible for the review of Method validation, Method transfers protocols and reports.

8. Responsible for review of QC instrument qualification and calibration.

9. Responsible for review of calibration schedules and preventive maintenance schedules.

10. Responsible for review of audit trail records and user ID creations for logins and reviewing of user update records.

11. Responsible for guiding and training the QC chemists to carry out their daily work properly.

12.



Responsible for review of Stability study master schedule & monthly schedules and review the data of stability study analysis.

13. To ensure & comply with training requirements for respective departments.

14. Responsible for Document control/archival & issuance.

15. Making sure that the quality-related complaints are investigated and documented.

16. Handling of customer queries & return goods.

17. Issuance of documents i.e., SOPs BMR, Forms, register, Specification and method of Analysis, Validation protocols and reports to concerned departments.

18. Responsible for handling of OOS, OOT, Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls and maintaining of logs on day-to-day basis.

19. Must have hands on experience on Empower and LIMS.
