Job Description
Post: Asst. Manager Production
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager
Salary : 8 LPA - 9 LPA
Job profile: Ensure smooth aluminium can manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality, safety, machine availability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Production planning and target achievement
- Monitor OEE, downtime, and productivity
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection
- Lead operators and supervisors
- Ensure PPE and EHS compliance
- Implement 5S, TPM, Lean, Kaizen
- Maintain production and KPI reports
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
58 years in metal can/aerosol/refrigerant can manufacturing with supervisory experience.
