Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and SAP. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AP processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and within timelines.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle invoice validation and payment processing in SAP.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, and TDS requirements.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare AP-related MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of vendor transactions.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoice approvals and payments.

Skills

- 34 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Robust knowledge of Invoice Processing, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP FICO.
- Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
