Role Overview

A Pharma Process engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with GMP standards. The technician works closely with Production, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams to keep manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.

A Challenging Task

- An individual working ability in breakdown handling and troubleshooting.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately.
- Support audits and inspections
- Performing IQ, OQ activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.

Who We Are Looking For

- A detail-oriented professional with a passion for process maintenance.
- Perform breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Someone who can handle the shift activities all alone.
- Someone who can manage Electrical and mechanical works.

A Convincing Background

- Diploma/ B-Tech qualification in Electrical / Mechanical.
- 4+ years of experience in OSD Process maintenance.
- Responsible for execution of preventive maintenance for Process equipments as per schedules.
- Responsible to maintain the equipments critical spares.
- Maintaining process equipments Such as: Wet Granulation (ACG, Glatt), Compression (Sejong, Fette, Cadmack), Coating (Sejong, Glatt), Dry Granulation, Blister Packing line, Bottle Packing line.
- Installation of new machinery and performing qualifications.
