Senior AI/GenAI Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Hybrid RAG, Agentic AI, and modern LLM application frameworks. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable AI platforms and delivering business value across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.Architect and implement RAG and Hybrid RAG pipelines using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data sources.Build intelligent AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph for complex multi-step workflows.

Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) using contemporary evaluation frameworks and best practices.Build scalable AI pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging cloud-native services.Design feature engineering pipelines and deploy machine learning models in production environments.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.Develop advanced analytics models to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.Implement MLOps and LLMOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, reliability, and compliance.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap.

Required Technical SkillsStrong programming expertise in Python.

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Hybrid RAG architectures.

Hands-on expertise in LangChain and LangGraph.Experience with LLM Evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, and optimization.Strong understanding of Generative AI,



Agentic AI, and autonomous AI workflows.Experience building scalable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Expertise in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.Experience in feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture, MLOps, and cloud-native deployment practices.Preferred QualificationsBachelor"s or Master"s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience working with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based ML ecosystems.Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, and AI security best practices.
