Responsibilities

- Cloud Application Delivery (GCP)- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on GCP aligned to scalability, security, and reliability expectations for 35 years experience level.

- Implement cloud best practices for networking, IAM, logging/monitoring, and cost-aware resource usage across environments.

- Build and maintain infrastructure and application configurations to support repeatable deployments and stable releases.

- Streaming Messaging (Kafka)- Develop and maintain Kafka producers/consumers and streaming workflows with attention to throughput, latency, and fault tolerance.

- Configure topics, partitions, retention, consumer groups, and delivery semantics to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Kafka-based integrations, ensuring reliability and observability in production.

- CI/CD Automation (Jenkins)- Create and enhance Jenkins pipelines for build, test, quality gates, and deployments across multiple environments.

- Automate release processes, improve pipeline performance, and enforce consistent standards (branching, versioning, approvals).

- Integrate CI/CD with artifact repositories, code quality tools,



and deployment targets to enable continuous delivery.

- Collaboration Quality- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint ceremonies; contribute to clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

- Support incident triage and root-cause analysis; implement preventive fixes and continuous improvements.

- Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables.

- AI Enablement (as applicable)- Contribute to AI-related integrations or enablement tasks (e.g., data flow readiness, service integration) where relevant to the platform.

Technical and Professional Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications: Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.

- 35 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.

- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.

- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.

- Robust troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
