Job Title: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller -Denial Management
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Work on denied claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of call outcomes in billing systems.
- Prioritize accounts based on aging and follow-up requirements.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1 - 4 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare)
Good knowledge of RCM process (Denials, Appeals, Payment Posting, etc.)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in night shifts

Preferred Skills

- Experience with major payers like Medicare & Medicaid
- Familiarity with medical billing software/tools
- Valuable typing and documentation skills
